I stumbled across a video earlier.
I thought that this was pretty interesting because it goes to show how far we've come along in our journey towards the concept of convenience.
I suppose I can relate to it because I like convenience myself. I'm all for something that makes life easier or more comfortable. If we ran out of groceries, we could just have it delivered (according to the product in the video) right to our doorstep. Time wouldn't wasted roaming around the store. It can be spent on something else.
I don't promote laziness, but it's nice have a labor-saving device.
I think we all can relate this because we like things that benefit us.
It's good to have technology be useful.
Any thoughts on this?
First of all I have to say, I love the little child's voice!!!! Can I eat it up? I liked the video and even though it can be very convenient at times, it also promotes laziness. It says in the video that you don't have to miss those precious moments, but lets be realistic. If you're too lazy to go to a supermarket to buy groceries,, which won't take more than an hour, than you're probably not gonna do more activity at home.
